We use a 5 step process checklist to ensure we get the job done right, the first time!

1. Observation: We will visually inspect the appliance and gather information about the problem. This usually involves asking you, the customer, several questions to make sure we fully understand the symptoms you are experiencing. We will also check for any obvious issues, such as a tripped circuit breaker, disconnected power cord, closed vent, water leak, etc...

2. Diagnosis: With years of experience in the industry, we've just about seen it all. There's nothing like good intuition to help really narrow down the final diagnosis. Once we know exactly what the problem is, we need to determine what parts or components may be needed to complete the repair.

3. Obtaining parts: Typically, we have the vast majority of parts that are needed for common brands, makes and models on hand. If we know ahead of type what brand, make and model the unit is, we can make sure we have common parts on hand. Occasionally we need to go buy parts to complete the repair, which can cause delays.

4. Perform the repair: After we've made sure we have the necessary parts, we will disassemble any components or units that we need to, to access the part that needs to be replaced. It's important that you keep the area free from debris, so that our technician can work quickly in a clean space to resolve the issue. Often times there's water involved in the repair process. Not to worry! We come prepared with the proper equipment to handle things and ensure no further damage is inflicted.

5. Testing and cleaning: After we complete the repair we will test the appliance to ensure that it is working properly. We will also visually inspect the appliance to ensure everything is properly connected and functioning as it should. Once we're done verifying, we will clean things up. We like to follow the boy scout principle "Leave things cleaner than you found it".
